Common questions.
Do I need my own server?
No. Everything runs on Tayang infrastructure: static sites on our edge network, and apps with PHP, Go, Java or a database on a Tayang server in the region you pick. We set it up, patch it and watch it for you.
Which plan do I need?
If your site is HTML, React or another static build, start with Free or Starter. If it uses PHP, Laravel, WordPress, a database or a backend language, choose a server plan. Tayang recommends a size when you deploy.
How do I pay?
With a card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay, or a local method such as QRIS, UPI or Pix where available. Prices show in your currency, and businesses get a proper invoice.
What happens if a payment is late?
You get a 7-day grace period with email reminders. After that the server is paused, and your data is kept for 7 more days before it is deleted.
Where is my data stored?
In the region you choose: Singapore, Frankfurt or Virginia. Apps and databases stay there. Static files are cached on a global edge network for speed.
Can I take my code somewhere else?
Yes. Your code and databases are yours. Download them or export a database at any time.
Can I try it without a card?
Yes. The Free plan needs no payment method at all.
